Data collected

The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. We only process the data you send us when writing to us (name, email address, company, message), to answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a commercial proposal.

Our host (Cloudflare) technically processes IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site; Polimetis does not use this data. As Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States, this processing may involve a transfer outside the European Union, covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Cloudflare adheres, and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in answering requests. Correspondence is kept for no more than 3 years after the last contact.

Third-party content

The Cases page links to Microsoft Power BI reports. Opening them, at your initiative, connects to Microsoft servers, subject to Microsoft's privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data by writing to contact@polimetis.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).
